At Kaotiko, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new streetwear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
